Dear Gary

Thank you so much for your help.

We were looking for drawings and planning for a single storey extension to our cottage,

  • The first architect to visit who quoted £2500, when I asked him for some help on the design his reply was “sorry I am just here to draw what you want”.
  • The second Architect quoted £1500 on the phone but when he looked at our proposed single storey extension said he wanted £4500

Gary quoted £1000 plus planning fees and when he visited, he could not have been more helpful, we had three visits and his design was amazing, he even helped with the design of our kitchen. I explained that we needed to look out of a window in the side of our home off the landing, he not only designed an extension to solve this problem but also to please the planning department. Taking things, a step further he then found out the cost of the roof so we didn’t go over have any shocks to prevent us going over budget.

Kind Regards

Dear Gary

I would like to thank you so much for all your help designing and project managing our new family room. As you know our original idea was to have a conservatory but your suggestion to have this wonderful room instead, with a lot of glass in the roof, was just life changing. It is so lovely to get up in the mornings, come down with our children to this wonderful large room for breakfast.

We can’t believe what great value for money this was but what amazed us was that we never went over the amount you said it would be.

Thank you so much

We first met Gary Deverson 10 years ago, when we visited Pugh’s Garden Centre in Radyr, Cardiff. At that time, Gary had a unit there from which he designed and sold Conservatories and Orangeries. We were enquiring about adding a solid roof to our old unused conservatory. Gary visited our home and upon seeing the structure he came up with the idea of transforming it into an Orangery. We were very excited about this idea and the project went ahead.

Gary then brought in the builders and various tradesmen and project managed the build for us. It was finished on time, on budget and to a very high standard. Suffice to say we were delighted with the result.

Three years ago, we decided to greatly extend and renew our kitchen. Once again, we called on Gary to see what suggestions he might have. Again, he visited and we loved his ideas for the project. Gary then introduced us the builder who was to do most of the work. We found him to be a very competent and considerate builder who took great pride in his work.

Gary managed the planning, surveying, building inspectors and in short, all aspect of the build. Once again, we were delighted with the result and have recommended Gary to friends.

Gary would always be our ‘go too’ man for future projects.
